We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article of merchandise within sixty (60) days from the date of delivery. Hamswan offers no exchange on sending your article of merchandise back to us. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee and custom tax is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. Please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The article you wish to return:
- can be sent back to us only after you have been approved within sixty (60) days of delivery;
- must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged;
- must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories;
- must be sent in its original packaging;
- must be shipped back to Hamswan within sixty (60) days of the date of delivery;
- must be sent in one single shipment: articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time;
All returns will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/gift/prize items cannot be refunded.
2. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. For product refunds, the processing time will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:
-PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
-Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
Issues On Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
