If for whatever reason stated on Warranty you do want a return or refund, you may contact us here

All returns must first be authorized by our Support Team prior to return, otherwise you will not proceed.

All returns will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. 



Special Notes:
1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/gift/prize items cannot be refunded.
2. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. 
For product refunds, the processing time will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details: 
-PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account. 
-Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.



***Issues On Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)***
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
